The Associates of Maxgrow Biotech Pvt Ltd. who get commission of over Rs. 2500/- in a particular financial year, are required to furnish their PAN cards as per the income tax act 1961, falling which the deduction of TDS will be made @20%. If the associates have not obtained the PAN so far, they are advised to apply for the same to the income tax department immediately and provide us a copy of the same. When Maxgrow Biotech Pvt Ltd will receive the copy, the deduction of TDS will be made @10% from the date of issue of PAN card.
